1. Who we are

Studio Baikin is a publishing label of Studio Pango SAS. Studio Pango SAS is responsible for the processing described in this policy where it determines the purposes and means of processing.

Some third-party providers, such as Google, may act as separate controllers for certain processing they carry out under their own terms and privacy policies.

2. How this policy applies across our games

The exact data processing depends on the game and on the features enabled in that game.

• Premium games: most of our premium titles do not display third-party advertising and therefore do not use AdMob for ad delivery.
• Free or ad-supported games: some titles may display advertising through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads.
• Optional features: some games may include store purchases, local saves, cloud services, or other features. If a feature is not present in a game, the related processing does not apply to that game.

3. Information we may handle

Local game data. Our games may store progress, scores, settings, gameplay state, and privacy choices locally on your device. Local information is used to provide the game experience and is not automatically sent to Studio Pango merely because you play.

Advertising data. In games that use Google AdMob, Google and participating advertising technology providers may process information such as IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and app information, advertising or app-instance identifiers where permitted, ad impressions and interactions, rewarded-ad completion events, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention data.

Support. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide.

4. Advertising, consent, and privacy choices

This section applies only to games that contain advertising.

Where required by law, a consent or privacy message is displayed before optional advertising-related storage, identifiers, personalised advertising, or similar tracking takes place. We may use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) or another compliant consent management platform for this purpose.

Depending on your region and choices, advertisements may be personalised, non-personalised, limited, or delivered using only data necessary for technical ad delivery.

Where a game provides a Privacy choices or similar control, you can use it to review or change your advertising privacy choices. Device settings may provide additional advertising or tracking controls.

Accepting our Terms of Use does not constitute consent to optional advertising tracking or personalised advertising.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, information may be processed to provide requested game functionality, deliver and measure advertising where applicable, maintain security and prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Where consent is legally required for personalised advertising, storage, identifiers, or similar tracking, the processing is based on consent. Security and fraud-prevention processing may rely on legitimate interests where permitted by law. Support processing is carried out to answer your request and, where necessary, to establish or defend legal claims.

6. Who may receive information

Depending on the game and features used, recipients may include Google and participating advertising technology providers in games that use AdMob, platform operators such as Google Play or Apple, technical or professional service providers used for support or administration, and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Storage and retention

Game data stored locally remains on your device until it is overwritten, reset, cleared, or the game is uninstalled, subject to device or platform backup features.

Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Advertising data processed independently by Google or other advertising technology providers is retained according to their respective policies and configurations.

8. International transfers and security

Some service providers may process information outside your country of residence. Where European data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant provider must rely on a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information we handle. No online or electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise a right concerning information controlled by Studio Pango, contact pango@studio-pango.com. Because some game data may exist only on your device and may never be transmitted to us, we may not possess a server-side copy that we can access, export, or delete.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. In France, this is the CNIL.

10. Children's privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children.

We do not knowingly use children's personal information for personalised advertising where this is prohibited. If a store, platform, or applicable law requires child-directed treatment for a particular user or distribution context, the relevant child-protection settings and restrictions must be applied.

11. Updates and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy if our games, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request new consent before materially different consent-based processing begins.
